DESIGN & ENGINEERING

Our engineering department develops each mould to be produced in close collaboration with the customer and always within your specifications and requirements.

PROJECT

The models and assemblies created in CAD / CAM software, connect to the machines in order to transform the projects into physical parts.

PLANNING

After establishing the requirements and specifications, an execution schedule is established, shared and discussed with the client.

CONTROL

Quality matters to us! Accordingly dimensional control tests we perform on the parts resulting from the tests to ensure the accuracy, quality and specifications of the mould.

PRODUCTION

The installed machines and the know-how of our production team allow us to manufacture moulds with great precision and complexity up to 15,000 kg, including: Injection moulds, Bi-material and Injection casting.

TESTS

After manufacturing, each mould will be tested by recreating the conditions specified by the customer, in order to guarantee an optimum performance of the mould in production.
